How was your Tuesday??? Spent a little time with the Grams yesterday… sorry to leave you in the lurch. All actually went well… better than expected even…. a bit of a family “Work in Progress.” Vaguely suspicious of all things though, I didn’t think she was quite ready to be blinded from the flashes of me snapping up blog pics…heehee… too bad too because we had a quite a feast at the ever nummy BODHI TREE. We’ve been keeping it smart and hitting up the lunch special $5.95 for soup, rice, noodles and choice of entree. Woot! Woot! What? Oh, right… Work in Progress Wednesday (ducks glares… and cringes)… okay I did actually have some literal, non-metaphorical, Work in Progress-es going but Isadora and my camera cord sort of had a little spat last night and I couldn’t quite get pictures loaded (**disgruntled murmuring… liar Guava… you lazy butt… you only post pictures from Mr. Guavas IPhone and those can be e-mailed!**)… hehee… no honestly friends in a moment of over-zealousnes and realization that I’d have to start taking real better quality pics for the Empire I busted out the actual camera… boo… well I’ll post later if I get a chance.
Until then though here’s a little Work in Progress that’s been a long time coming… my Pay it Forward gifts finally got to their new homes! Tadaa…
Rawrr… rawrr…. teehee… I know it helps my cause that I have absolutely stunning Pay it Forward recipients (the gorgeous… Miss Spotted Devil Kitty says she’ll post some pics for me soon too) but I am rather proud of my hoody scarf. What sweethearts they are too to model these ridiculous creations in the heat of summer for me (hehe… haven’t learned how to seasonally time my crafts yet.. obviously)! This was actually the first one I did and as you know it’s gone through a couple incarnations… and I’ve even had a couple of crochet circle buddies try out my pattern! YAY!! You’ll definitely see more of these come Fall!
Well, that’s about all the Work in Progress I can muster for the time being…
